Callsheet
The business side of being a creator. What to film today, who owes you money, and what to charge next time — in one place, on your phone.
Brand deals are a business. Most creators run one on a spreadsheet.
A creator juggling five brand retainers is tracking five delivery deadlines, five invoices, and five different rates — usually across a spreadsheet, a notes app, and memory. The work gets delivered. The money is what slips: an invoice never sent, a deal quoted at last year’s rate, a deadline that arrives with six videos still to film.
Callsheet was built from a real one. A creator delivered 828 retainer videos across 36 brand deals in a single year, and the spreadsheet she used to run it became the specification for this product — including every column she had to add after getting something wrong.
Three questions, answered
What do I film today?
One number when you open the app, and a shot list you tap as you film. Callsheet paces every deal against its deadline so you are never surprised by a due date.
Who owes me money?
Everything delivered but not invoiced, everything invoiced but unpaid, and how old each one is. Invoices generate from the deal itself — no retyping.
What should I charge?
A rate card that builds itself from deals you have actually closed, per brand, with the last rate you agreed and what to open the next conversation at.
Your current rate is not your average rate
This is the detail most tools get wrong. Average a brand’s history and old cheap deals drag the number down. One brand in the source data had a lifetime average of $65 a video against a current rate of $100. Quote the average on a thirty-video deal and you have just left $1,050 on the table.
Callsheet never shows you the average. It shows the last rate you agreed, and what to ask for next.
An assistant that cannot go rogue
Paste the DM a brand just sent you and the assistant reads it — twenty videos, $3,500, due October 10th — and sets the deal up. Ask what to charge and it answers from your own history. Ask it to write the rate-increase email and it drafts one grounded in real numbers.
It never changes anything on its own. Every change appears as a card you approve first, and every approved change can be undone. The rules that protect your money are enforced in the database, not in the chat — the assistant cannot invoice a deal that still owes videos, because nothing can.
The rest of the job
Invoicing
Pick a deal, and the invoice fills itself in. Print-ready, with your payment details and a brand book that remembers each contact.
Video links
Collect every delivery URL in order, checked for duplicates, ready to copy into the email the brand is waiting on.
Income
Commission, contests and shop GMV month by month, with retainer income calculated for you so two numbers can never disagree.
Brand history
Every deal you have closed with a brand, what it was worth, and how your rate has moved since the first one.
Set-aside
A savings target you choose, shown against what you have earned. A target, not tax advice.
Your data, exportable
Everything you enter, downloadable whenever you want it. It is your business.

We are letting creators in a few at a time
Callsheet is being built alongside the creators using it. If you run brand retainers and you are tired of the spreadsheet, tell us about your setup and we will send you an access code when a spot opens.
